Why Organic

What started out as a blog, turned into a boutique staffing firm specializing in Saas Salespeople and IT Professionals.

After spending 10 years hiring IT (software, infrastructure and telecommunications), I went into the SaaS software and media side of recruiting selling to and training recruiters to be most efficient. 8 years later, we have gone full circle with each other. So thank you for that.

After hiring and being one of you (sales, recruiting and a wannabe IT guy), I am now here to build your teams with you.

Why organic? Most every article you will find on this site comes organically from you and your peers. I look for articles all over the internet to create themes for the month and share the greatness I find out there. I then introduce each article with my own commentary to keep it raw with my opinions. Some of you may know me from sitting across from you in meetings, conferences or meals…not to forget baseball games and events.  For those of you that do not know me…well let’s change that today.  Say hi!

The idea of this site came from the countless meetings I have had with many hundreds of Talent Acquisition leaders and thousands of recruiters in the last 15 years. I hear the good, the bad and the ugly in this space and I find it worthy for you all to know you are in the same boat.

A couple of years ago I started a newsletter that goes out monthly on the eve of the United States employment numbers (1st Friday of every month). Everyone always wants to know the numbers as it affects our budgets, our workforce planning and how we do business every day to name a few.
