Back in 2002, I was then contacted by a staffing company that found my resume on Monster.com. Although I pondered a bit about working for a staffing company because of my previous stigma, I finally met with them.
I started out supporting 5 regional salespeople throughout the West by cold calling CIO’s and CEO’s for meetings. Oh nelly, that was hard.
After 8+ years as a staffing recruiter and staffing sales manager, I came over to SaaS side of the house strategically helping talent acquisition teams like yours make a difference with not so out of the box solutions. With the disparity of thousands of systems, it takes the right consultant to help you get around them.
After studying the competition, training hundreds of recruiters, and always learning more about how to be the best recruiter, life came full-cycle and I am back where I started. Trained my wife, now she recruits for IT, Sales, and Healthcare.
