Retained Search
Our retained arrangement involves three payments:
- The first installment is when the client signs the search retainer agreement.
- The second is paid at an agreed-upon juncture, usually when the candidate list is whittled down to a short list of two or three.
- The third payment is made when a candidate has worked at the organization for 30 days.

- Starts at: Hourly rate of $125 / Avg project cost $3,250
Classic Agency Relationship – Contingent
As stated, contingent search meaning we are paid only upon the successful completion of the search—typically when the candidate accepts the position.
