This firm, which has attracted more than $50 million in venture funding, is seeking Bay Area Account Executives – both Enterprise and Mid-Market.

Role

  • Independent contributor working from their South Bay offices.
  • Enterprise: $120-130k base salary, $260k OTE, $1.2 million.
  • Mid-Market: $90-100k base salary, $200k OTE, $750k quota.
  • Must have 3 to 10 years’ experience selling innovative software to marketing leaders.
  • Office is 100 yards from the CalTrain station, and the commute from downtown SF is only 35 minutes.

Our client is the trusted leader for successful B2C marketers to delight their customers in the next generation, Marketing Automation arena – focused on Email, Mobile and Social. We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives to spearhead our entry into the F1000 market.

Must be a true hunter that is comfortable generating leads and opportunities. You need to be comfortable working in SFDC. Other traits we are looking for are: detail oriented, articulate, great storytelling and being obsessed with solving the next generation B2C marketing complications.

What you get to do every day:

  • Source, progress, and close new F1000 customers for our Marketing Automation platform
  • Manage quarterly forecasts with monthly commits
  • Build a plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your territory
  • Work with product marketing to build targeted account based marketing programs to accelerate success within your target list
  • Work closely with Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer success
  • Provide input to the product roadmap to ensure our continued success in the enterprise.

What you bring to the role:

  • 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in marketing automation, email technology or other relevant software products
  • At least 3 years of quotas in excess of $1M with an average ACV > $75K
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements through value based selling
  • Self-starting attitude, executive level written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in marketing automation, Mobile, Selling to marketers
  • Must understand selling to B2C Marketers
  • Highly accountable, transparent and high level of integrity
